What is WarmPaw?
WarmPaw is an Apple Watch-first pet stress-relief companion app. It combines on-device rhythm, optional Apple Health summaries, and Apple Watch status to provide a relaxation score, HRV stress trend, gentle reminders, relaxation records, and light entertainment reference.
Which features work without sign-in?
The home screen, Apple Watch app, widgets, basic relaxation features, shichen references, calendar tips, and basic light-look content can be used without sign-in. AI palm reading, account history, quota, and account deletion require Apple sign-in.
Why does the home screen show no relaxation trend or no data?
Relaxation trends require HealthKit permission and available HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, or active energy summaries from Apple Watch or Apple Health. If no summary is available yet, WarmPaw shows a no-data state and does not replace real data with default scores or sample curves.
Are HealthKit data uploaded?
No. HealthKit summaries stay on device and are used only for the relaxation score, trends, factor explanations, and reminders. They are not uploaded to the server, used for advertising or tracking, or sent to AI palm reading.
Why are Watch or widget states not synced?
Please confirm that your Apple Watch is paired, the app is installed on the Watch, the widget is added, and you have opened the iPhone app to complete local state sync. Some states may need to wait for system timeline refresh or WatchConnectivity delivery.
What does AI palm reading upload?
Only after you actively consent, the app uploads the palm photo, left/right hand choice, birth profile summary, current shichen summary, consent version, and language. Your nickname is not uploaded.
Are palm photos saved?
No. The server processes the photo, removes metadata such as EXIF, and calls AI to generate a text result. The palm photo is deleted immediately after processing, and the original image is not saved.
Is AI palm reading fortune telling or medical judgment?
No. AI palm reading is only for entertainment reference, traditional-culture inspiration, and daily encouragement. It is not medical advice, mental health diagnosis, legal advice, investment advice, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any fate outcome.
How can I buy Plus?
Plus can be unlocked through monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase. Specific prices, periods, trials, and benefits are based on the in-app display and App Store purchase confirmation page.
How do I restore purchases?
You can use the in-app Restore Purchases entry to sync purchase status returned by Apple. Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription and does not charge you again.
What is deleted when I delete the AI account?
Deleting the AI account deletes the server account record, AI quota, consent records, and AI text results, and clears local AI login state and local AI history. It does not delete HealthKit data and does not affect basic features.
How do I contact support?
For support, please contact us through the developer contact information on the App Store product page. You do not need to provide HealthKit summaries or palm photos when contacting support.
